Wide application of white graphene -- hexagonal boron nitride and its composite ceramics

Hexagonal boron nitride powder can be prepared by hot pressing process. Its typical applications are electronic parts, especially in the silicon semiconductor processing application a lot: CVD crucible, encapsulated microcircuits, sputtering target material, high precision seals, brazing and metallic support, microwave tube, vertical casting sealing ring, low-friction seal, plasma arc insulation parts, thermocouple protection tube, high temperature furnace fixed and supporting body, etc.


The conductive composite ceramics prepared by the combination of hexagonal boron nitride and titanium diboride are mainly used in metal coating industry, mainly vacuum evaporation packaging materials, capacitor metallization vacuum coating, display screen coating, bronzing coating, anti-counterfeiting mark coating, reflective coating, paper and textile aluminum plating, etc.


Hexagonal boron nitride can be used to make high temperature components and rocket combustion chamber lining. The ceramic radome of long-range missile with low dielectric constant and dielectric loss can be made by the combination of hexagonal boron nitride and silicon nitride through air pressure sintering. Hexagonal boron nitride ceramics can also be used as nuclear reactor parts to improve the safety of reactor operation.
